Whoever isn't happy with their reading probably just did not want to hear or accept the truth lol I mean the truth can sort of hurt sometimes and Sarah is going to tell you exactly how it is and not what you want to hear. Sometimes you just need someone to straighten you out so you can get rid of the confusion, or whatever it is that's messing with your head. But yes I do agree that she does not sugarcoat it at all, so I can see why some people may not like her style. If you're looking for someone to kiss your ass and make you feel like a doll, then yes you should probably go somewhere else. Personally, I love her style because she's 100% spot on and truly gifted. I've gone to a bunch of places like this all over the world for fun, and quite frankly, most all of them were full of shit and total shams. Sarah, if you're reading this now, I'm thankful I stumbled across you. Because of you, I am able to keep my sanity, especially during Covid. Thanks for all your guidance over the last months. I'm forever indebted to you.

I have been seeing Sarah for awhile now. I drive 8 hours to come for a reading. I really didn't believe in true abilities until I started seeing her. She knew things that I have never revealed to anyone (positive & negative). This was my face when she was done. I even brought my grandmother to see her because she is that good. Each time she gives me more information and details about our previous conversations. Conversations with her are easy and she helps me a lot. I walk out with a completely different mindset and being healed by her words and knowledge. I have referred quite a few friends to her and they yield similar results, all feedback being positive. If you are a sceptic like I was, you should give her a try. After my first reading I left speechless. It was crazy how on point she was.

I first went to Sarah when I was diagnosed with kidney failure. Most of my questions were about my health and longevity. I went to her in November 2017 and asked her when I would get a transplant; she said she saw a big change for me the next year in the summer.
My transplant occurred in August 2018. She was also able to predict what type of field I work in, what I've been wanting to do, how many relationships I've had, the names of the three coworkers I was working with that day. It was uncanny. There were misses too, like how many siblings I have or asking if I have a deep connection currently with someone whose name starts with J when I didn't.
Lastly, like the some of the other reviews stated, Sarah's very straight forwarded and sometimes it might be too much especially if someone is extra sensitive. She can be stern, curt, and painfully honest that I was thrown off at first. But don't take it personally, she cuts to the chase.

I almost hate to write a review as I would love to keep Sarah to myself. However, I have to echo others who attest to Sarah's gifts. She is the only other person I have encountered who is truly the real deal and blessed with this rare gift! While it is true she is direct and not for those who are thin skinned or perhaps non-believers in Jesus, she is spot on and comes from a good place. She truly provides answers, straight up with no chaser.
After calling for an appointment but only getting voicemail, I decided to take a shot and just stop in. She asked what I would like and I wasn't sure (have never been given options) so I opted for a palm reading. As a truly gifted person, she instantly began to tell me things that only my immediate family or Jesus would know. She also made me cry as she began to share feedback from relatives, including my deceased father about various things that are going on not just with me but with my family. I know she was tapped in because she described my relatives in details (e.g. what they look like and names) who were communicating with her and knew that I had recently lost my father describing him as "someone you deeply loved and loved you very much. I get father energy".
I will definitely be making a follow-up appointment as she shared there were a few more things she would like to delve deeper into and I had so many more questions but was running short on time. It is also true your time may be interrupted by calls and the setting is not as private as some may like because readings are done in the front window/door area of her establishment. However, the visit is worth it regardless if you are seeking a real reading by someone truly gifted and not a fake one full of probing questions and guesses seeking validation.
While the delivery may not be how you prefer or the most delicate (as some mention in their reviews), I appreciate and respect Sarah's candor as I imagine it is stressful, if not exhausting, to take on so much energy from others. She is a psychic medium and not a therapist so her delivery works just fine for me.

My friend and I went in for a reading after looking at reviews and were very surprised at how spot on her readings were. She was very nice and available for us as walk ins. I left with a lot of clarity going further into my life and was even brought to tears by her reading. Expect her to tell you nothing but the truth, whether it's good or bad. I don't live in New York but I will definitely be calling her to speak again!

Went to Sarah's Visions as a walk in appointment after and seeing her sign on the street and I am so glad I did. I don't usually go out of my way to make reviews but it was such an amazing experience I just had to share. She's truly a gifted and was so spot on about everything during the reading. I have never been to a psychic before, so I was extremely hesitant and skeptical before my session - like legit shaking. I know shaking might seem extreme, but I was. I felt the color drain from my face on the subway ride there, and it stayed like that while I was constantly thinking about getting off at each stop and going home. Money is tight, so what am I DOING spending money on this? Do I want to know the truth - even if it hurts? Is this going to be total and complete B.S.?
I didn't turn around because my close friend couldn't recommend her enough, and my close friend has SUCH a good head on her shoulders. She saw Sarah two years ago and thought there was no way on Earth what Sarah told her would ever happen. Surprise, it's happening. And it's even more crazy because bits of the further future that Sarah predicted for her are beginning to appear.
When I got there, she sensed I was on edge, but she helped me to meditate and relax. She achieves an amazing balance of making you feel comfortable, but she tells it like it is. And that's exactly what I wanted - I wanted someone to give it to me straight.
When I made my appointment on the phone, Sarah told me to think of some questions for her, even though she said she'd probably answer them before I was able to ask. Of course, she did this with the majority of my questions. I was blown away by how she knew about my past hardships and current situation - from love to health to career to family to happiness to spirituality and so on. I mean even small details she mentioned blew me away - like how could anyone have known that?!
She advises (always asking you before hand whether you want to know or not) what to stop doing, keep doing, and start doing. It is incredible to have this new sense of clarity and enlightenment. I am beyond excited to return to Sarah, but now that I've already received the base reading, I'm going to get the cleansing/chakra alignment.
Honestly, I can't speak highly of Sarah enough! Call her and see her - the power of clarity is undeniable, and unlocking yourself is everything.

I have always been a bit of a skeptic, but Sarah blew my mind. She knew exact names and details of the people and events in my life. She made me a believer and has set the standard for every psychic I have seen since. I visited Sarah with one of my very close friends and my sister. We were all able to sit in the room while she did our readings. My friend had just gotten out of an extremely terrible relationship after having a very traumatic experience. Sarah looked at my friend and said the name of the guy who had traumatized her. My friend started shaking and crying and my sister and I were in disbelief. She knew the details of a disagreement that I had just had with one of the people I am close to. She knew names and details of our lives that she had no way of knowing. She didn't ask our names or for any information. Furthermore, she was willing to discount her price for us because we were poor college kids who desperately wanted a psychic reading. My first session with Sarah and I came away with that "Wow!" factor. Sarah was direct and to the point, and she was "on point" with everything. She knew things that nobody could have known unless they were in my head. Sarah is no nonsense which is what a person who wants a reading should get. If you want "fluff" for the "entertainment value" then look elsewhere. If you want someone to do an honest, in-depth reading, who gets right to the heart of everything and gives you true insight into your universe, then a session with Sarah is an absolute must!
